Cryptocurrency Payment Policy

Cryptocurrency checkout is provided through NOWPayments. The hosted payment page displays the supported assets, blockchain networks, payment address, amount and invoice expiry.

Customer-paid fees

The customer is responsible for blockchain network fees and any processor fee displayed before confirmation. These fees may cause the cryptocurrency payment amount to differ from the merchandise order total.

Correct network and amount

Send only the selected asset using the exact selected network. Sending another asset or network may result in permanent loss. Send the exact requested amount before the invoice expires and wait for the required blockchain confirmations.

Partial and overpayments

A partially paid invoice is not complete until the remaining amount is received or support approves another resolution. Overpayments are reviewed manually and may require wallet ownership verification before any eligible refund.

Refunds

Approved cryptocurrency refunds are based on the refundable order value, not a guaranteed quantity of coins. Network fees, processor fees and market-price changes are normally non-refundable.
