These terms govern use of Velmora Depot and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders

We aim to display product descriptions, colors and availability accurately. Screen settings and handcrafted production may cause minor variations. We may reject or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory or legal restrictions, with any eligible payment returned.

Pricing and payment

Prices and order totals are shown before confirmation. Cryptocurrency payments may include network and processor fees that are paid by the customer and displayed by the payment provider before payment. You must use the selected asset and blockchain network and send the exact requested amount before the invoice expires.

Delivery and returns

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, submit fraudulent orders or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
