Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is free for all store orders. No percentage-based shipping surcharge is added by Velmora Depot at checkout.

Processing

Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders requiring address verification or additional quality checks may take longer.

Transit estimates

Typical international transit is approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs inspections, peak seasons and carrier disruptions may extend delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information is added to the order when supplied by the carrier. Tracking may take several days to show movement after dispatch.

Customs and address accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and for any import taxes, duties or customs requirements imposed by the destination. Contact support promptly if an address correction is needed.
