Refund and Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days after confirmed delivery. Contact support before sending any item so that eligibility and the return address can be confirmed.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original packaging and included accessories. Customized items, hygiene-sensitive goods and items damaged after delivery may not be returnable unless defective.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, partial refund or refund.

Return shipping

Customer-change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. If we sent an incorrect or confirmed defective item, reasonable return or replacement shipping will be covered by us.

Refund timing and cryptocurrency

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5–10 business days after inspection. Cryptocurrency refunds are calculated from the refundable order value and sent to a verified compatible wallet. Blockchain network fees, payment-provider fees and exchange-rate changes are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
